These are the General Rules (the “General Rules“) for all TAF competitions.

1. Sponsor

Will vary for each contest and will be described and determined in the individual contest descriptions.

2. Eligibility

The contests are open to entrants who are legal residents of and are currently located in the countries as described in each individual contest description. Employees of Sponsor and TAF and immediate family and household members are not eligible to enter, play or receive a prize. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year. Eligibility is subject to the laws and regulations of The Netherlands.

3. Entry Period

Will be determined and described in the individual contest descriptions. End of contest period will be at 12 pm CET on the set “end of” date.

4. How to Enter

Submission will be through posting images to Instagram and including the individual contest hashtag in the additional caption/text. Entries must be submitted from a public Instagram account.

5. Entry Requirements

Your Entry must meet the following criteria:

• Must be your own a Horse.
• May only register pets, for which you have all required documentations and approvals.
• Must comply with all the company's Terms and Conditions. See Terms And Conditions
Page.
• Cannot enrol Pets that are unregistered, unhealthy, having invalid documentations, does not meet the requirements as described in each individual contest description or generally unfit for the intended competition, as determined by TAF.
• Must be a Registered on the Parent Platform: Facebook for TAF
• Must adhere to all rules as described in each individual contest description as well as General Rules.

Submissions must not:

(i) violate any third party rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademark rights, or rights of privacy and publicity
(ii) contain defamatory statements
(iii) include threats to any person, place, business, or group; or
(iv) be obscene or indecent.

Any elements that appear in the submission, including, without limitation, images, text, or other materials used must be entirely original and created by the entrant, or be in the public domain. Use of any elements that are not original or in the public domain will result in disqualification of a submission, in TAF’s sole discretion.

By submitting an entry, you represent that:

(i) you are the creator of the submission
(ii) you own all rights to the submission
(iii) the submission does not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

TAF will not make available to the general public or to the Judges any entry that is obscene, pornographic, violent, offensive in any manner, or in any other way not suitable to be published (as determined solely by TAF). Entrants agree that the inability to publish an entry, or the obscenity, fraudulent nature or invalidity of the registration information (as determined by TAF, at their sole discretion) will render the corresponding entry void.

6. TAF’s and Sponsor’s Rights to Entries

By submitting an entry, you:

(i) Irrevocably grant TAF and its Sponsors, its agents, licensees, and assigns the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to copy, publish, post and adapt, in any social media throughout the world without additional review, compensation, or approval from you or any other party.
(ii) Entrants will always be credited with their Instagram name and link to Instagram profile
(iii) Entrants retain all ownership in the submitted images and only grant limited rights to TAF to repost as described in (i) above.
(iv) Agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against TAF an/or the Sponsor on the grounds that any use of the entry, or any derivative works, infringes any of your rights as creator of the entry, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademark rights, and moral rights.

7. Winner Selection

All entries will be judged by the individual contest’s committed jury. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received and the quality of the entries. The decision of TAF, as applicable, shall be final and legally binding as it pertains to this Contest. The winning entry will be announced on Instagram and TAF’s website.

8. Prizes

(i) Prize(s) will be as announced in the individual contest description.
(ii) Prize claim deadline: 14 (fourteen) days after the delivered notification
(iii) Potential winners will be notified via Instagram within 1 day following the public announcement as described in 7. above.
(iv) If the notification is returned as undeliverable, and/or if no response is received to info@TAF.com within the specified prize claim deadline (ii), we may award the prize to the next highest winner or determine an alternative potential winner.
(v) Limit one prize per person, per contest.

9. Conduct

By participating in TAF’s contests, each entrant agrees to abide by these General Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, TAF and Judges, which are final and legally binding as they pertain to the contests. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the web site or to be acting in violation of the General Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out an entrant whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY ADMINISTRATOR’S SITE OR ANY THIRD PARTY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND/OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Disclaimer and Force Majeure

TAF, Sponsor, and the other Promotion Entities are not responsible for:

(i) typographical errors in any materials relating to the Contest
(ii) lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or delayed entries
(iii) cancellations, postponements, or delays
(iv) Acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder
(v) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest
(vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries
(vii) or any other causes beyond such parties’ control, making it inadvisable, illegal, impossible, or impractical to continue the Contest or to perform under these Official Rules.

Administrator and Sponsor make no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning any prize; TAF and Sponsor specifically DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, WARRANTY OF FITNESS, AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY.
